For consumer sales within Ireland and the European Union, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you arrange your own independent carrier not offered or contracted by us, risk passes upon transfer to that carrier.
